Again I have dropped the ball with my blog. Lets face it, I'll probably always be a bit inconsistent with my posts but at least I haven't given up on it entirely. So here's an update on our family for the past month or so...
Lily knows she's not suppose to be in this swing (she's too big for it) but when she smiles like this its hard to not run for the camera.
The boy taking a morning nap.
From an early age Lily has had an obsession with electronics (computers, cell phones, iPods, TV controllers etc.) she has yet to grow out of that...as you will notice in the picture above she is very pleased with herself for having successfully found and snatching mommy's phone. Right before I took the following picture I asked her to please give mommy the phone and this is what she did.
She pulls the hide behind the back move accompanied with one of her smiles I can't resist taking a picture of.
Caleb is a super happy guy and its rather easy to coax a smile out of him, I love it!
When Caleb is not using his car seat Lily enjoys sitting in, especially if we've got one of her Disney Sing Along's on (Thanks mom for giving us those).
Here's that happy boy again, can't get enough of his smiles!
Look, even when he's on his tummy he's happy (Lily hated her tummy time)!
So this last week/weekend our good friends Rebecca and Mike Bates came to visit us. While they were here we went out to dinner to PF Chang's (love that place), played putt putt golf, real golf(the boys that is), visited the zoo, took a walk to the Temple, played games, let the Bates get caught up on cartoon movies such as Tangled and Despicable Me, and visited the aquarium and botanical gardens. We loved having them and I think Lily especially loved the extra attention. Thanks again Mike and Becca for making time to visit us we promise to visit you once you get settled out in Indiana (Mike just recently went out there for a job interview and got the position, yahoo for Mike!!)
Playing with blocks
While Becca was here Lily's hair got done everyday it was wonderful!!
Last Sunday Caleb had his baby blessing, Lily was suppose to be in the picture but refused to smile (she was actually throwing a rather large tantrum). And that is why there is no Lily.
Gave Lily a popsicle after her nap, left the kitchen, came back a few minutes later, she's dyed orange and not happy cause her fingers are cold.
Here's a happy Lily thawing out her hands in the kitchen sink filled with warm water.
Here we are heading off to the temple.
Thanks Mike for carrying Lily pretty much the entire time.
Lily loves water, so of course the fountain was her favorite part.
Lily smelling the flowers on the Temple grounds (She wasn't always this nice to the plants...let's just say that some of the flowers are now missing a few petals because they had the misfortune of attracting Lily's attention).
Sharee and her kids were able to join us for the visit to the Aquarium and Gardens, so here's Sean, Hyden, and Lily sitting on the star fish.
This bad boy was Lily's favorite, I think she was rather fascinated by its teeth/beak.
Lily and her favorite fish.

You are all now up to date on the Andersons :)
